Unfortunately, texting while driving was the cause of the accident above. The picture above is only a portion of the bloody disastrous accident.
You may jump to conclusions and think this was a careless teenager driving and texting. Not so, this was a middle aged woman on her way home from work. Her phone records show she was texting with her daughter about what they were going to have for dinner.
This was the last text she will ever send.
She lost control of her Dodge Caravan when she hit a pothole in the road while texting. The weather conditions were also a contributing factor as the roads were wet from a rain earlier in the afternoon.
She was alone in her vehicle, she spun into another vehicle carrying four passengers. Thankfully, none of them were seriously injured. She was not so fortunate. She died instantly from the impact to her head.
