Such was the case with the homeowner who contacted my company one hot and muggy day in middle of September. Apparently the tenant who rented out my clients house, located just outside of the city limits near San Francisco, had met a gruesome end to his life. We were needed to cleanup the property to a rentable condition.
As we pulled up in front of the small home, we were met by a police officer who was removing the yellow crime scene tape from the perimeter of the property.
