Advanced Bio Treatment received a call to our office in Jacksonville, Florida.

 

It wasn’t a typical day nor was it a typical cleanup. The caller was requesting our services for their home that was recently damaged in a serious flood. While they were on vacation a pipe busted in their basement which caused the floor above the basement to flood also. They explained that the damage was extensive and they need us as soon as possible.

We wanted to get some more information before we packed up and headed their way. The owner of the home was explaining how the wood floors started to buckle, the walls were soaking wet and the drywall obviously needed to be disposed of and replaced. She told us that it smelt of mildew heavily and that it was repulsive to even be inside the home.
