⋅False Accusations And Uncontrolled Rage⋅

Love gone wrong leaves 3 people dead and another on the run in Baltimore.
A love gone wrong usually ends with two people splitting ways, but false accusations and an uncontrolled rage change everything, leaving 3 people dead and another on the run.

Our work was cut out for us. We received the call on a Tuesday from a homeowner in a state of shock. The caller explained that he owned a three bedroom townhouse in a relatively new neighborhood close to Baltimore.

He had taken a phone call from a police officer informing him that his property had been the scene of a horrible incident, and to give Advanced Bio Treatment a call. Unfortunately, the crime scene involved the tenants.

He was grateful that the first responder knew who to turn to – many people don’t have any idea where to go for help in cleaning up a Crime Scene after the police have finished their investigations.

When these calls come in, it is our job to reassure people in his position that we are here to help and we will help pick up the pieces and put things back together again.

On the way to the job site, I couldn’t help but wonder about the victims in this case and how they met their ends. After a short drive and a walk through the scene, we would find out. Pulling up to the townhouse community, we were met at the front gate by a detective who buzzed us in.

The detective jumped into our van and led the way to the residence, filling in some of the details of what to expect once inside.

“Blood everywhere… and the smell, well let’s hope there’s no rookies tonight,” he said. Then we geared up and headed inside.

The odor of decomposition overwhelmed my senses, making my eyes and nose burn and water. The detective led us down a hallway into a back bedroom where something had obviously gone terribly wrong. The bed was covered in blood and as we got started on the room, the officer began his tale of love gone wrong.

Tragedy and horror end this tale of love gone wrong when a suspicious lover's rage ends three lives.
Blood and a palpable sense of tragedy and loss is all that is left in this home of the three people whose lives ended here as a result of love gone wrong.

The room we worked in had belonged to a young female student whose boyfriend had reportedly been of a very suspicious and jealous nature. Believing she had cheated on him with her male roommate, he had flown into a rage, stabbing and strangling her in her bed before moving to the next room where the male tenant stayed.

There the killer waited in the dark for the roommate to return from work. As the man entered the apartment and walked into his room, the attacker struck from behind, breaking his neck and then dropping his lifeless body to the floor. I’ll never forget that home. The bodies had not been discovered for a week and with the heat wave we had been experiencing, the state of decomp was severe. The result was a perfect outline in bodily fluids of where the man had fallen.

It might have ended there if not for the untimely return of the third roommate. She didn’t stand a chance as he beat her to death on the couch in the living room. He then fled the scene. The last we heard on the case, the police had not been able to locate him.

A story of love gone wrong ends with ABT being called in to cleanup a triple homicide outside of Baltimore, Maryland.

In cases like this, it must be stressed that there are inherent dangers associated with the bodily fluids present at crime scenes and the health risks posed by pathogens found in those fluids, which should be cleaned by trained professionals with the proper equipment, like we have at Advanced Bio Treatment.

The involvement of well trained professionals is crucial when dealing with a crime scene cleanup.

Whether it is a homicide, suicide, an accidental, or unattended death, the situation will normally involve biohazards that require expert attention. Additionally, the scene needs to be cleaned and restored to its original condition as quickly as possible to ease the minds of everyone involved.

We are EPA and OSHA certified and will work with your insurance company on your behalf. We guarantee to not only exceed their standards but yours as well and we will return your home to a like new, safe condition.

The cleanup was brutal and took a few days to complete. Everything had to be removed, including carpeting and floors and oddly, nearly a hundred beer cans had to be tossed out. The smell was unbearable but by the time we had finished our cleanup I can honestly say you would never guess the brutal murders which had occurred in the home.

Last I heard, the homeowner didn’t want the home anymore, scenes like that can be highly traumatic to the uninitiated, and had promptly hired a real estate company to put it up for sale. Even though we cleaned his home from all signs of the tragic and horrific events that took place, I can’t blame him. After all, they still haven’t found the killer.

We have a dispatch in the Baltimore and D.C. area!

If you need scene cleanup and decontamination guidance, have questions about your payment options, which clean up and decon procedures your current insurance policy covers or require our scene cleanup services immediately, don’t hesitate to give Advanced Bio Treatment a call.
